Your first session begins with a conversation about what you want to change, what you've been experiencing, and what you want instead. From there, your hypnotherapy session is personalized around you, your goals, and the change you want to create.
Personalized Hypnosis Recording

A custom hypnosis recording created specifically for you and your individual goal. Unlike a general prerecorded session, this recording is personalized from information you provide and is yours to use again and again.

Follow-Up Hypnotherapy Session
